- Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
3. Return Process

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- It may take 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchange Policy

7. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at admin@ragasclothing.com.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it in accordance with this policy.
